  • Title
    Nancy DeMarco
  • Description

Raised in rural New England, Nancy DeMarco doesn't mind swimming with bloodsuckers, drinking from snow melt, and outrunning deer flies. Like her characters, she has spent most of her life in the woods of New Hampshire, hiking the trails and riding horses.

When DeMarco was struck with Lyme disease, she found herself barely able to complete a sentence. Her writing began as therapy and quickly grew to a passion. Today she tries to infuse her work with a sense of small-town community, along with plenty of laughter and, most of all, a sense of finding one's strength, overcoming odds, and following dreams.

Saving Gracie, DeMarco's second book, is the Kindle Book Review's 2014 Mystery/Thriller Winner.
