    Founded in 1839, the Virginia Military Institute is aunique military college educating young men and women to become leaders in the military and civilian worlds. VMI has a long legacy of successful graduates who have proudly served the United States in war and in peace. Men and women who wear the VMI ring share a special bond anywhere they meet in the world.

     

    Virginia's Ring was written by Lynn Seldon, a 1983 VMI graduate. He is a former U.S. Army officer and long-time freelance journalist. This is his first published novel. He and his wife make their home in Oak Island, North Carolina, but often return to their native state of Virginia.
