Hi everyone!
I enjoy reading and writing stories that offer psychological insight into characters who are neither completely good nor completely bad; troubled characters who progress as the story goes on, all of them broken in a way. Sometimes they do their best to make amends, sometimes they willfully hurt others. Kindness allows for healing to take place, and it is magical watching some of them blossom. Still, it happens slowly, over time, with a lot of self-doubts and insecurities. My characters are not breathtakingly beautiful people because I find that a bit cliche. So if you're into 27-year-old billionaires who look like models from cover magazines you may find my characters boring and unappealing. Not that they're ugly; it's just that I tend to see beauty in quirky people who could not be called beautiful in a standard way. I like to keep things tense on the inside even if everything looks fine on the outside. Little psychological tell-tales play as much of a role as the words a character says. Lots of unrequited feelings, suppressed sexual tension, dark fantasies.
Not sure how this site works and if this is the way to introduce myself here, but it will have to do for now.
